CONVOCATION 2024:

The Fourth Convocation of Centurion University of Technology and Management, Andhra Pradesh is scheduled to be held on 21 st December 2024 (Saturday) at Vizianagaram Campus, Andhra Pradesh. It is a pleasure for us to invite you to attend the Convocation and receive the Degree. This year Convocation will be based on the "Indianness" theme.

Chief Guest : will be announced shortly .



REGISTRATION

Registration Fees: Rs. 5000/- (Online Payment)
NOTE: Fee includes Convocation Uttariya and Original University Certificate. This is applicable for all fresh batch graduating students of year 2024.

All graduating students of year 2024 are requested to register for the Convocation by filling up the form on the Convocation portal https://convocation.cutmap.ac.in/ from 10 AM of 01 December 2024 to 11 PM of 14 December 2024. After successful registration, the payment receipt and registration details will be sent through email to the respective student email ids. Please read the instructions carefully before registration.

All the degree recipients will receive their Convocation Uttariya during reporting. Participants are advised to wear the Uttariya and attend the Convocation. You are advised to contact the concerned persons (as per the contact details given) for the related issues.


Additional Rs. 1000/- for the students who want to avail of limited sharing accommodation facility on First Come First Serve basis at Vizianagaram campus including Pre-Convocation Dinner and Breakfast (No accommodation facility available for accompanying persons).

DEGREES IN ABSENTIA

RECEIVE CERTIFICATE:

All the degree recipients need to register on the Convocation portal to receive their original degree certificates on the Convocation event.
All the old batch students graduating in the Year 2024 need to register on the Convocation portal after the Convocation 2024 to receive the Degree Certificate

DRESS CODE

Please note that the following dress code is to be strictly maintained for the Degree Awardees on the day of Convocation:
Male Students: Dhoti with gold border and half white/white/cream shirt/ or Kurtha Pyjama.
Female Students: Kerala Saree / Pattu saree.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Program Details, Guest Details, Gold Medalists, Merit Certificate Recipients, Student Provost Awardees and Rank Holders will be updated on the Convocation Portal.
Degree Recipient Names will be updated on the Convocation Portal subsequently upon being eligible for the Degree.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • No registration will be done after the mentioned date.
  • No Spot / Offline registration is allowed.
  • Only online registration and payment is allowed.
  • Please bring Proof of your Registration for Convocation during reporting on 20 December 2024.
  • For receiving the Entry Pass & Convocation Uttariya you need to report at Vizianagaram campus during 10 AM - 03 PM of 20 December 2024 without fail.
  • The Entry Pass will carry Instructions to be followed at the Auditorium, Seat Number and Convocation Pledge.
  • You will not be allowed to attend the event, if you have registered and cannot reach during 10 AM - 03 PM of 20 December 2024 for reporting.
  • All shall occupy their seats by 10.00AM and shall not leave the Auditorium during the Convocation.
  • Non-attendees of Convocation rehearsal during 05 PM - 06 PM of 20 December 2024 will not be allowed to attend the Convocation.
  • Reported students not reaching Convocation venue by 10 AM of 21 December 2024 will not be allowed to attend the Convocation.
  • Number of accompanying persons shall not be more than 02 (Two) which need to be mentioned during registration.
  • Only Parents / Spouses / Guides of PhD Degree Recipient / Children more than 12 Years are allowed. They will be seated at a specially arranged place to enjoy the Live Telecast of the Convocation in the Campus.
  • After the limited accommodation is exhausted, you need to arrange the accommodation on your own.
  • Those who are unable to register / join and Old Batch students can collect the original degree certificate from campus 05 (Five) days after the Convocation by registering through Convocation portal paying the mentioned fee.
  • Please bring the Entry Pass (non-transferrable) to be shown at the entrance and is restricted to only one person (degree recipient).
  • You need to carry any Photo Identity proof issued by University authority / Government during both days.
  • Digital items like cameras, laptops and other personal things like handbags, umbrellas, water bottles are not to be carried inside.
  • Please switch off your mobile phones before entering into the Convocation Hall.
  • All are requested to rise while the Convocation procession enters & leaves the premises.
  • Those of you, who have opted for the accommodation facility, need to avail the same during the reporting.
  • You may opt for on spot accommodation by paying the requisite fee during reporting if available.
